Great little set of tools to be smoke free! By D Melton I love this little book! What a great idea to have a pocket sized set of tools to stay smoke free! The tips are direct, easy to read and to the point. The point, for me, is that even after I made the decision to stop smoking it has not always been easy to stay quit. Having these tips close at hand helps to remind me of ways to NOT pick up a cigarette. “I am a puff away from a pack a day” is my motto today. Thank you for helping me stay quit!
