Finally… By Charles T This book gave me the understanding I needed to finally kick the habit that I’ve been saying I was going to quit for the last 20 years! It seems every smoker really wants to quit, whether they admit it or not, but most admit it!
I needed this. It gave me insight, knowledge, courage and the tools I needed to be successful! What a gift!
Send this link to ANY smoker you know. They will be glad you did!

Repetitive By outdoorsy I don’t post reviews all that often. When I do it’s usually because I had some exception with the product. That’s the case with this book. I was hoping there’d be more useful tips or guides to help me stay off cigarettes, but what I got was very preachy and repetitive. The book started off pretty well, then it went into this downward spiral as it reiterated, over and over, the points made earlier. Maybe that’s how it will help the reader, but it’s beyond me. There’s a lot of reference to smoking at work which really dates the information in this book. Let me give you the synopsis…
1. Throw all your smoking-related paraphernalia away… 2. Avoid all activities and places where smoking may happen…even if it’s work… 3. And remember, smoking = child abuse and smokers are evil!
It’s a cheap read, but really lacks any good content to help you quit, just a lot of anti-smoker BS and guilt-inducing leaps at a point. I’m sorry I can’t off good alternatives, but take my advice and move on. I certainly am.
