<p>First,  find  a  qualified  hypnotist  in  your  area  and  <em>be  sure  to  see  his  or  her  testimonials</em>.  (On  my  desk  are  over  600  testimonials  of  past  smokers  that  have  used  hypnosis  to  quit  smoking  in  my  office.)  This  is  <u>so</u>  necessary  as  it  not  only  shows  that  the  hypnotist  may  do  the  occupation  well,  but  it  will  likewise  convince  <em>you</em>  that  hypnosis  will  work!</p>
<p>Your  best  bet  in  finding  a  good  hypnotist  is  the  Internet.
